RTURADIO-169

RTURADIO-169 is a device that uses a 169.4 MHz band radio modem with output power up to 500mW. Among the first NBFM (Narrow Band Frequency Modulation) products, it is optimised to also be powered by primary or secondary batteries in Meter Reading and Tracking&Tracing, Telemetering&Commands applications in accordance with European Decision 2005/928/EC. It uses 128-bit AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) to transfer data with a high level of security. RTURADIO-169 has 4 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 2 analog inputs, 2 analog outputs, an RS485 serial connection and a counter input. Software is available for full RTURADIO-169 configuration, allowing it to be used for remote acquisition and control applications. Different operating profiles can be configured: 1) point-to-point (e.g. for mirrored I/O retransmission), 2) point-to-multipoint (e.g. for data acquisition or sending commands to multiple units located at separate points), 3) broadcasting (e.g. for simultaneous transmission and reception to multiple points, typical of an RS485 Modbus network), 4) Modbus, in master/slave or multimaster mode (e.g. effectively becoming Modbus nodes)
