4G LTE datalogger with GPS, integrated and expandable I/O, logic functions, remote control and alarm management

Z-LTE is SENECA's new top-of-the-range datalogger, designed to meet growing requirements for data acquisition, real-time analysis and integration with IT systems used in plant/process automation and monitoring. In line with the new Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things productivity and communication models, it features a modem 4G LTE(*), GPS receiver, 4 integrated communication ports (1 Ethernet 10/100, 1 RS232/RS485, 1 RS485, 1 MicroUSB), 8 integrated I/O channels (4DI / counters / totalisers, 2AI, 2DO), voice alarms/audio commands with DTMF tones, and support for Ftp, Smtp, Smtps, http rest, https, ModBUS RTU, ModBUS TCP-IP and SMS communication protocols.

Z-LTE offers maximum openness to external systems and third parties (PLC, HMI) thanks to compliance with technology standards such as ModBUS RTU Master/Slave and ModBUS TCP-IP Server/Client. This unit supports different SIM types and is equipped with 8MB Flash memory, a microSD slot expandable up to 32 GB and a real-time multitasking operating system. Like all advanced SENECA dataloggers, Z-LTE also features an integrated UPS that provides up to 1 hour of operation without primary power. This unit ensures open and flexible programming thanks to a dedicated control-logic development environment, an integrated Web Server, a mobile app for direct SMS command management, and a data import/display tool.
Z-LTE, Z-UMTS, Z-GPRS3 and Z-LOGGER3 can be integrated with SCADA systems, third-party Clouds and Cloud BOX for complete data management through HTML5 web pages with responsive supervision dashboards/widgets.
