Automated RMA procedure available online

SENECA further improves the management process related to product repairs. New automated RMA procedure is available in the Support Area.

In order to be able to offer a timely and rapid service to all customers (distributors, resellers, agencies, end customers), the automated RMA procedure for the return of malfunctioning products is available online. The procedure is published in the SUPPORT Area and can be reached through the relative banner.
For each item that you want to return due to malfunction or failure, under warranty or otherwise, you will be asked to return the material form complete with all the information related to the anomaly found.
With this automated procedure we expect a drastic reduction in management time and a timely repair process to the benefit of the Customers. More information at www.seneca.it/rma
