Portable multi-signal, multifunction calibrator

MSC (Multifunction Smart Calibrator) is a flexible and universal instrument for maintaining and testing process sensors and meters. With an accuracy class better than 0,05% for every input/output type, MSC provides measurement and generation of analogue, digital, temperature-sensor and load-cell signals. This powerful calibrator offers advanced functions such as automatic ramp generation (single or loop) and datalogging with data sharing/export for an instantaneous reading or an entire logging session in .CSV format.

Equipped with a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery, MSC can power external devices or sensors and and can be used without a continuous power supply, with up to 20 hours of operation. With a reading capacity of up to 100.000 measurements and full LabVIEW library support, it is suitable for professional and industrial use by PLC programmers, maintenance technicians, technical support companies, measurement laboratories, device inspection and calibration operations, electronics laboratories, electromechanical workshops and quality-control operations.

The device is supplied with a calibration report that is useful for verifying its metrological characteristics and validating the correctness and accuracy of the measured/generated signal during calibration sessions. Parameter configuration and data management are available from a desktop application for Windows PCs (via the supplied micro USB cable) or from a mobile app (for iOS and Android devices via Bluetooth connection).
