How to file a report
Reports can be submitted confidentially by sending an email to our dedicated address: security@seneca.it
We encourage you to provide as much detail as possible (description of the facts, timelines, and any supporting documents) to allow for a thorough and timely assessment of the reported issues.
What can be reported
This channel can be used to report unlawful conduct, violations of the Code of Ethics, administrative, accounting, civil or criminal offenses, as well as behaviors contrary to established company procedures.
Protection and Confidentiality
SENECA guarantees maximum confidentiality regarding the identity of the whistleblower and the content of the report at every stage of the process. Any form of retaliation or discrimination, direct or indirect, against those who report in good faith is strictly prohibited.
Management Procedure
All communications received at the dedicated address will be handled with impartiality by authorized internal personnel. SENECA is committed to providing feedback to the whistleblower within the timeframes established by current regulations.
