12-month extension for MyALARM3 Cloud Service (renewal coupon code)
Each MyALARM3 Cloud subscription includes 12 months of cloud services starting from the date the coupon is redeemed. You can extend the service period by purchasing the MY3C-1Y package. The renewal process is very simple:
- Register on our website www.seneca.it
- Add the My3C-1Y product to your cart and complete the purchase
- In addition to the order summary email, you will receive an email with the purchased coupon code
- Go to the cloud portal https://cloud.seneca.it and log in using the credentials you use for the Myalarm3 Cloud app
- Select the “Cloud Services” button at the top
- Select the “Renew Service” button next to your cloud service
- In the designated field, enter the coupon code you received via email
The expiration date of that service will be automatically extended by 12 months from the date the coupon is used. If you encounter any difficulties, please write to supporto@seneca.it
