This tool is available to anyone—staff, collaborators, business partners, and customers—who wishes to report situations relevant to legal or internal compliance matters.

 

What Can Be Reported

The system is intended for reporting regulatory non-compliance, violations of internal procedures or regulations that could compromise the integrity of the company’s operations.

Note: Complaints, personal requests, or circumstances not relevant to corporate compliance will not be considered. Reports must be made in good faith and based on precise and verifiable facts.

  2. Fill out the form by entering the required information. We recommend using a personal email address to ensure maximum autonomy.
  3. You will receive unique login credentials via the email address you provided.
  4. Log in to the portal and click the “SUBMIT REPORT” button.
  5. You can choose whether to proceed anonymously or not; in either case, the procedure guarantees the protections provided by law.
