Highly versatile microprocessor-based control unit, suitable for plant automation. A valid alternative to PLC-based plant automation, as S6000 combines a control and programming unit with an immediately usable user interface that can be programmed directly on site in a single compact, economical solution. Used mainly to control and manage pumps, motors, blowers and control valves, it is the answer to any automation problem in lifting systems (water intake wells, elevated tanks, etc.) or in water distribution networks, fire-fighting systems and aeration tanks (both in water treatment and fish farming). The unit has two PID controllers for regulating quantities such as flow rate, pressure, etc., an integrated clock for managing timed processes, and a motor rotation system to ensure uniform wear.
