Security Notice: Impersonation Attempts Reported

This notice is published for the protection of Customers, Partners, and Suppliers.

Dear Customers, Partners and Suppliers,

SENECA S.r.l. Hereby informs that it has become aware of certain impersonation attempts carried out by third-party individuals and/or organizations, who are unlawfully using names and surnames attributable to SENECA S.r.l. personnel, in association with email addresses that are not official and not linked to the company’s corporate domain.

Such communications are in no way attributable to SENECA S.r.l. or its personnel, and the Company formally disclaims their content and origin.

Please be advised that official communications from SENECA S.r.l. are conducted exclusively via company email addresses (with the @seneca.it domain), and that the Company does not request, via email, the transmission of credentials, confidential data, sensitive information, and/or payment instructions in the absence of duly formalized commercial agreements. It is also recommended that you pay particular attention when using the ‘Reply’ function for emails received, always checking that the reply address (Reply-To) belongs to the official domain @seneca.it, even in cases where the sender's name appears to be attributable to SENECA staff.

SENECA S.r.l. Therefore, we invite Customers, Partners, and Suppliers to exercise utmost caution and promptly report any suspicious communications received by forwarding them to the following email address: security@seneca.it.

SENECA S.r.l. Further informs that it has initiated all appropriate verification activities and reserves the right to protect its rights and corporate image before the competent authorities.
