Vodafone data SIM cards bundled with products are being obsoleted

Vodafone Consumer IoT data SIMs bundled with certain SENECA products will be discontinued on 30 June 2024 due to obsolescence.

Dear Valued Customers and Business Partners, we wish to notify you that, as per communication from Vodafone, the data SIMs included in the KITs for the following SENECA products:

• MyBoat
• MyBoat WR
• MyALARM3 Cloud

will be discontinued due to obsolescence as of June 30, 2024. After this date, they will no longer be operational.

We kindly request all customers currently utilizing these data SIM cards to promptly arrange for their replacement by contacting their respective telephone service provider. Failure to do so will result in the inability to communicate with your SENECA device.

If you are already utilizing a different data SIM from the one provided in the KIT, please disregard this communication.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
