NEW:
- New: Optimized MeterBus library for handling devices with many tags
- New: Device ID can now be requested at each communication (no longer a constant); note potential backward compatibility issues with existing configurations
- New: It is now possible to include device information present in the MBUS packet header as a TAG

FIX:
- Fix: Various bug fixes in queries using the primary address that caused device reboots
- Fix: Various bug fixes in the web UI pages
- Fix: Improved Scan Devices process — the data acquisition cycle is now paused during scanning to avoid collisions
- Fix: Increased the maximum number of tags from 499 to 500
- Fix: Improved handling of device names with special characters
