NEW:
- Changes for "Cyber Security":
  - setup.txt, setupUser.txt readable (and writable) only by root (permissions 600)
  - changes procedures for reading/sending configuration from Z-NET4
  - pop-up display prompting to change admin password
  - elimination of rpcbind process (port 111)
  - dnsmasq process active only if "Router Enable" = ON and "DNS Enable" = ON or "DHCP Server Enable" = ON
  - deleting FTP service
  - elimination sudo command
  - introduced binary ssh_cbc, used only for connection to VPN Box 1, and disabled CBC encryption algorithms in dropbear
  - disabled samba by default even in the Straton version
  - eliminated startup of dbus-daemon and xinetd daemons
