-New Network Redundancy:
   -introduced "Mobile/WAN" and "WiFi/WAN" modes (priority to "Mobile" or "WiFi" interface).
   -introduced periodic check (once a day) on secondary interface
   -introduced Modbus registers (embedded tags) to:
               -read the status of primary and secondary interfaces
                -set the mode of Network Redundancy.
           
-reduced the size of the GUIweb and display GUI.

FIX:
- Fix "any change in timer duration or status (ON/OFF) has no effect until either rebooting the device or updating the rule"
- Fix length of APN credentials
