- protocol IEC 60870-5-104 Slave fix local/utc time zone management for "Clock Synchronization" command (TypeId 103)
- increased the time interval for checking the recording status of the modem before the activation of the data connection, the time is given increased from 30s to 180s to allow all operators to manage the correct recording on the network
- disabled system process logs "cron" (/log/cron.log) the logs are already present in /log/messages
