- MQTT:
    MQTT Configuration" page: added the possibility to show the certificates list and delete them.
 			         
			      modified management of the "ON" value of the "SSL/TLS" parameter
			         
                              improved the "legend" for format strings
    
                              managed the '+' character in the "Subscribe Topic", as "place-holder" of the tag name
    
                              managed the string "value" (in addition to "val") in the PUBLISH payload received to command a tag writing  (ex: {"value": 1})


- introduced a command from CloudBox, MQTT and SMS ("CLEAN LOGS") to delete all data-logs and reinitialize the DataLogger 


- Data Logger: possibility to insert a tag in the MQTT PUBLISH when the "is_valid" property changes (with "Log on change" = ON)

- Data Logger: modify to clear "cache" if group_info file has invalid size (after FW upgrade).

- MQTT:
    fixed error for the format string "%c" (and similar), placed at the end of the topic, is being replaced with an empty string
    fixed error when "Log on change"= ON and DataLogger start, the PUBLISH is sent twice
