Gateway with VPN support - Serial Device Server with embedded I/O's
Z-PASS1 is an industrial gateway/serial device server with VPN support and embedded I/O's. The device, fully compliant with LET'S (SENECA remote assistance and remote control platform for Industry 4.0), can manage both Point-To-Point and Single LAN connections (for more information see www.seneca.it/lets). Z-PASS1 with the latest hardware rev. (09/2017), while keeping the price unchanged, further improves performance and integrates: 1 DI for remote connection security interlock, 1 DO for VPN connection signalisation and 1 DI/DO channel configurable as digital input or digital output. Communication is guaranteed by 2 Ethernet ports configurable in Switch or LAN/WAN mode, 3 serial ports and 1 USB host port. The device supports ModBUS TCP server, ModBUS RTU master/slave, FTP/SFTP server, HTTP/HTTPS server industrial protocols and OpenVPN encryption. Z-PASS1 is configurable via Web Server.
